We both agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, power outages, internet service disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
